(a) how many COVID-19 vaccines has Canada (i) procured, (ii) had delivered, since the pandemic was declared over on May 5, 2023, in total and broken down by supplier?
From May 5, 2023, to March 31, 2025, 33,463,130 doses of COVID-19 vaccine were delivered to Canada and 31,488,380 were distributed to federal, provincial and territorial partners.
Below is the breakdown by manufacturer:
The Public Health Agency of Canada is unable to disclose the total number of doses of vaccine procured by supplier, as the information is commercially sensitive and protected under confidentiality clauses in the vaccine supply contracts between manufacturers and the Government of Canada.
(b) how many vaccines have been ordered but not yet delivered, in total and broken down by supplier?
The federal procurement of COVID-19 doses concluded in fiscal year 2024-2025.
There are no further federally procured doses of COVID-19 vaccines pending delivery to Canada or delivery within Canada to the provinces and territories.
(c) how much money has been spent on procuring the vaccines (i) procured, (ii) delivered, since May 5, 2023, in total and broken down by supplier?
